Over the last few years I’ve been trying to figure out how to “work to live” and this has led me to prioritising more adventures, more creation and more risk taking. About Me
I’m 35 and currently live in London, but have previously lived in France, Denmark and Canada.
I am an accredited Art Conservator and have spent the best part of the last 15 years studying and building my career in heritage. I trained as a 3D object conservator, working on museum collections such as costumes, ceramics, furniture and stone. I currently manage a team working on a major collections move at a UNESCO Grade 1 listed building restoration project.
I love my work, but after grinding for so long I felt I needed to find my identity outside of work and so last few years I have been trying different activities and prioritising travel and building experiences and memories.
It turns out I love building, creating and learning so in the last couple of years I have completely redecorated my house and landscaped my garden. I’ve travelled more in the last couple of years than I have in ages and I’ve started learning Italian and taking different types of courses to learn new skills.
